Q: How do your products have such long shelf-lives?

A: All of the foods in our products go through a drying process which reduces the moisture content of our foods. Dried foods such as raisins last much longer than grapes. Dried bananas, dried mango, tomatoes and any dehydrated fruit or vegetable have a longer shelf life. We also package in glass. Unlike plastic, glass is impervious to air and moisture which further protects the integrity of the dehydrated foods in our products. We complete stability testing in our laboratory in order to ensure that the products are fresh and potent for as long as the label states.
