Why does my MegaFood product look different?
Some of our Fish Oil bottles were recently produced with temporary packaging that doesn’t reflect our signature MegaFood look. You might notice a glossy label or a plastic neck band on the cap - both are short-term changes we are working to correct.
While the outside may look different, what’s inside hasn’t changed. Every formula is still crafted with the same high-quality ingredients, rigorously tested for over 150 pesticides and contaminants, and made with the care you expect from us.
We're working closely with our manufacturing partners to bring all packaging back to our standard matte labels and familiar format soon. We appreciate your understanding as we work through this temporary inconsistency.
What’s the best way to dispose of the plastic neck band?
Great question. Recycling rules vary by region, so we recommend checking with your local waste management service to see if they accept thin plastic film or small plastic items like neck bands. If your area doesn’t offer a recycling option, it’s best to dispose of it in your regular household waste.
What is there a plastic canister in my bottle?
This is a scented insert designed to enhance the pleasant lemon aroma of our Omega-3 Fish Oil. The insert works with our lemon-infused formula to provide a fresh scent when you open the bottle. It's completely safe and intentional - you can leave it in the bottle throughout use and dispose of it with the empty container when finished.
