Methylated Folate and B12 (Men’s and Women’s 40+ OD and One Daily)

Q: Why have the forms of B12 and Folate in my multivitamin changed?

A: We're excited to share that we've enhanced your multivitamin by upgrading to Methyl B12 and Methylfolate! These are bioavailable, active forms of essential B Vitamins that are readily absorbed by the body.

Q: Will I notice any difference with these new forms?

A: Many people prefer Methyl B12 and Methylfolate because they are already in their active states, meaning they skip a step in your body's process of converting them absorbable forms. As with any supplement, your individual experience may vary. If you have specific questions about which forms of B Vitamins are right for you, we encourage you to consult with your healthcare practitioner.
