Morning Sickness Nausea Chews - 2025 Product Update FAQSUpdated 2 months ago

Morning Sickness Nausea Chews – What’s New?

We made a few small updates to improve your experience, without changing the relief you rely on:

  • Each chew now has 15 mg of Vitamin B6 (750% Daily Value) - up slightly from 12.5 mg.
  • The suggested use is now 1 chew, twice per day (instead of up to 3 chews daily). For best results use for at least 3 days. Take only as directed and do not exceed 2 chews per day.
  • We’re now calling out potassium on the label - it was always there, but now it’s officially listed.
  • You’ll still get 250 mg of ginger per chew - the same amount as before.

Why did the Vitamin B6 amount change?

We increased the amount of B6 per chew so you get the trusted support you expect in fewer chews. Vitamin B6 is a well-known way to ease occasional nausea, especially during pregnancy, and this small boost keeps the formula effective and may make it even easier to take, with fewer total chews daily.

Will I still get the same benefits?

Yes! You’re still getting the same amount of ginger per chew, and now a bit more B6. When taken up to twice daily, the total support is right in line with the previous formula - but with fewer chews.

Where does the potassium come from?

Potassium is naturally present in the food-based ingredients used to make the chews. It’s always been part of the recipe - now we’re just listing it on the label for added transparency. It is not added to the formulation, and contributes less than 1% of the daily value (10mg).

Is it still safe to use during pregnancy?

Yes. These chews are made with pregnancy in mind and contain Vitamin B6 and ginger. As always, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before starting any supplement during pregnancy.

How should I take it now?

Take 1 chew, twice per day.
Each chew delivers:

  • 15 mg of Vitamin B6 (750% Daily Value)
  • 250 mg of ginger root
  • Naturally occurring potassium
