Q. Why do the Magnesium 300 capsules appear to be less full?

A: We’ve switched to a new Magnesium Malate that offers the same potency, but with a higher density. This means the Malate weighs more while taking up less space in the capsule. Rest assured, we continue to test every product to ensure the exact same specifications, quality standards, and potency.

Q: Is Silicon Dioxide safe to use?

A: Silicone Dioxide can be safely used in amounts up to 9,000 mg/kg body weight (bw) per day. This product contains 12 mg per serving, which is less than 0.1% of the amount shown to be safe.ą

ą EFSA Panel on Food Additives and Nutrient Sources added to Food (ANS), Re-evaluation of silicon dioxide (E 551) as a food additive, EFSA Journal doi: 10.2903/j.efsa.2018.5088, 2017.

Q: Did the Magnesium 300 formula change?

A: Yes, the Magnesium 300 formula has undergone some small manufacturing improvements, but the new formula offers the same potency and benefits. Any changes have not impacted product quality or effectiveness.
