Green Tea caffeine contentUpdated 2 months ago
Q: What is the caffeine content of our green tea?
There is a very small amount of caffeine present in our products that contain green tea. The green tea we use has, on average, 1.5mg -2.1mg of caffeine per 50 mg. In a product such as Multi for Women 55+, which has 250 mg of green tea per serving, there could be 7.5-10.5mg of caffeine present. In Multi for Men 55+, which has 125mg of green tea, there could be 3.75-5.25mg of caffeine present.
By comparison, an average cup of coffee has between 110-160mg of caffeine.
