Did MegaFood recieve a warning letter in 2023 from the FTC? What was it in regards to? Was any product named in particular? 

The FTC sent warning letters to every dietary supplement company who sells their products in the US, highlighting the importance of accurate claims and adequate substantiation, and the fines associated with non-compliance.  Importantly, a recipient’s inclusion on the list does not in any way suggest that it has engaged in deceptive or unfair conduct.
