Q: How much MegaFood Fermented Iron would I need to take to get the equivalent to 325mg of Ferrous Sulfate?

A: There is no definitive formula available which can be used to convert our fermented iron into an equivalent Ferrous Sulfate amount.  

A tablet containing 325mg of Ferrous sulphate will deliver 65 mg of elemental iron.  Our fermented iron formulation delivers 26mg of elemental iron per tablet.  Please consult with your physician to confirm the level of elemental iron you should be taking daily.
