Each lot of manufactured product is tested by an independent laboratory to ensure that bacteria levels are within safe specifications as determined by government agencies. Specifically, the samples are tested for the following with a Standard Plate Count of 5000g: Yeast, Mold, E. coli, Coliform, Staphylococcus aureus, and Salmonella.
