Q: Do you products contain Gliadin? Q: Gliadin is a prolamine found in grains (specifically found in gluten) which can cause allergic reactions in certain people. MegaFood&#xA0; products are tested gluten-free and they are specifically tested for gliadin traces. Any product that is listed as gluten-free tests gliadin at less than 20 parts per million. Much of the time, there are no traces of gliadin at all.
