Q: Is there any possibility the protein Casein could be in the flora products?

A: MegaFood routinely tests lots by a sensitive ELISA method for milk allergens which includes casein, and releases only those lots exhibiting no detectable allergens (i.e. < 5 ppm of milk proteins which is the method's Limit of Detection).
