Bright Yellow Urine ColorUpdated 2 months ago

Q: Why would this occur when taking Megafood's multi one daily?

A: Riboflavin, or vitamin B2, contains a natural yellow pigment regardless of form. Because it is a water-soluble vitamin, it moves directly into the blood stream, where the kidneys detect excess B2 and flush the excess out of the body via urine. This is a completely natural process and indicates that your body is utilizing what it needs and flushing out what it doesn’t. It is not necessarily a sign of mal-absorption or a poor form of B2. In fact, this natural process occurs with many other nutrients, it just so happens that it is noticeable with B2 because of the pigmentation! It is a sign that your body is functioning in just the way it is meant to! or Q: A customer is experiencing bright yellow
