We appreciate your feedback! Packaging is a big conversation at MegaFood, and whether our classic amber glass bottles, or plastic packaging for our gummies or powders, we put a lot of effort in choosing the right container for each formula we offer. We consider protection to our products, impact on transit/fossil fuel emmissions, consumer experience, and overall sustainability. We also know this journey is never done, and are constantly evaluating new and existing packaging options. Below are some of the things we're currently doing around this topic: 

Our new Plastic Neutral certification is a first step in a much larger sustainable packaging journey. Being “plastic neutral” means that for every pound of plastic our products generate (like our labels and caps), rePurpose Global will remove an equivalent amount of additional, verified plastic waste from the environment. As the first B Corp vitamin brand in North America to be certified, we are proud to take this first step while working hard to reduce our own plastic footprint. We are also working to move toward more recyclable, compostable, and reusable materials, and clearly communicate recycling instructions on the label to consumers. However, transforming our packaging will take time due to quality, price, and availability. We’ve put together a cross-functional team to evaluate all packaging options.
