Are your products FODMAP safe?Updated 2 months ago
One of the common FODMAPs is fructose, a simple sugar found in many fruits and vegetables that also makes up the structure of table sugar and most added sugars. Many of our products contain some amount of fruit band/or vegetable in some of the food-paired vitamins (e.g. vitamin K and cabbage), and our gummies and chews contain added sugars. Therefore if they have a heightened sensitivity to "fermentable oligo-, di-, mono-saccharides and polyols" we would recommend they review the SFP and lists of ingredients to determine if the foods present in the product are suitable.
