However, we adhere to cGMP regulations for dietary supplements per 21 CFR part 111 in the code of federal regulations, with annual audits by the FDA. MegaFood has also invested in third party NSF certification for cGMP. The NSF organization has a very rigorous program to ensure dietary supplements meet strong quality standards.
