Our products wouldn't be considered keto-friendly, as they almost always contain brown rice and other foods often avoided on such a diet. 

In a typical MegaFood serving (aside from gummies or chews) which delivers nutrients together with a range of foods, the calorie content per tablet will be relatively low - likely less than 3 calories per tablet. Please note, a carb consists of 4 calories.
